AuraTracker is a productivity application built and maintained by GitGudApps. By accessing or using the AuraTracker app or this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.
1. Use of the App
AuraTracker is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the app responsibly and not to misuse, abuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the app.
2. Data and Privacy
AuraTracker is designed to be local-first and privacy-focused.
By default, all data is stored locally on your device. AuraTracker does not require user accounts and does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on external servers unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3. Data Loss and Backups
AuraTracker stores data locally on your device.
Certain data may be exportable in JSON format where supported by the app. Export availability may vary by data type and app version. Other data may not be exportable at this time.
Data may be lost if your device is lost, damaged, reset, or if the app is deleted. AuraTracker does not provide automatic cloud backups. You are responsible for managing any supported exports if you wish to retain copies of your data.
4. No Guarantees
AuraTracker is provided on an "as is" basis.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, productivity improvements, habit formation, or personal results from using the app. Individual experiences may vary.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GitGudApps shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, device issues, or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use AuraTracker.
6. Updates and Availability
AuraTracker may receive updates from time to time to maintain compatibility with new iOS versions, improve stability, or enhance the experience. We do not guarantee continuous availability of features, and features may change or be discontinued at our discretion.
